Los Ángeles, CA (8 de febrero de 2024) – El artista puertorriqueño emergente, Moffa, lanza “Llorando En Chanel,” su nuevo sencillo mezclando sonidos de hip-hop, trap y R&B, hoy a través de SONAR. El tema demuestra la versatilidad de Moffa mientras continúa experimentando con géneros nuevos. Producida por Bebi y Mr. Lopez la canción forma parte de la nueva etapa de Moffa, en la que sigue desarrollando su arte junto a su voz y estética personal.

“‘Llorando en Chanel’ es el primer tema del 2024, el cual me da poder a experimentar con el hip-hop, un género nuevo para mí, y le dimos un toque old school con detalles de R&B. La canción gira en torno a un triángulo amoroso, con la tercera persona tratando de enseñarle a la mujer que él es la persona con la que debería estar porque la trataría mucho mejor. Es una de esas situaciones de amor joven en la que muchos caemos,” cuenta Moffa.

El video de “Llorando En Chanel” fue dirigido por Miguel Storer, y fue rodado en Lajas y San Germán en Puerto Rico. Las visuales exploran un triángulo de amor protagonizado por Moffa y lo que harías para que alguien que amas encuentre felicidad. “Quería darle un toque melancólico y de ‘tough love’ al video, para así dar entender que no necesitas de un hombre/mujer que te haga sentir mal en tu vida. El protagonista quiere ver a la mujer en una situación mejor y en la escena de la barra podemos ver ese elemento clarísimo. El director logró llevar la visión a donde se merecía,” agrega Moffa.

En su corta carrera, Moffa ha demostrado que está preparado para convertirse en un artista global. Este año lo empezó a lo máximo con un lugar en la lista de Rolling Stone “19 Artistas Latinos Que Apoyamos En 2024” y una Sesión Acústica que incluye sus sencillos recientes “Bentley (Remix),” “saluDARTE,” y “TOKO.” Su remix de “Bentley” con Manuel Turizo y Young Martino, sigue un éxito, acumulando más de 1.5 million transmisiones globales y 788k vistas en YouTube. The song showcases Moffa’s versatility while he continues experimenting with new genres. Produced by Bebi and Mr. Lopez the song is part of Moffa’s new era in which he continues to develop his art along with his voice and personal aesthetic.

“‘Llorando en Chanel’ is my first track of 2024, it gave me the power to experiment with hip-hop, a new genre for me, and we gave it an old school touch with hints of R&B. The song revolved around a love triangle where the third person is trying to show the woman that he is the person who is going to treat her better. It’s one of those young love situations that so many of us have gone through,” shares Moffa.

The “Llorando En Chanel” video was directed by Miguel Storer, and was filmed in Lajas and San Germán in Puerto Rico. The visuals explore a love triangle in which Moffa is the protagonist and the things you would do to see the person you love find happiness. “I wanted to give the video touches of  melancholy and ‘tough love’ to be able to show that you don’t need a man/woman that is going to make you feel bad in life. The protagonist wants to see the woman in a better situation, and the bar scene makes that very clear. The director was able to achieve the vision that was called for,” adds Moffa.
