Los Angeles, CA (March 28th, 2024) – Rising Puerto Rican artist, Moffa, keeps it real on new single “Raitrú” out today via SONAR. The track blends hip-hop and R&B sounds, showcasing the artist-musician’s versatility while staying true to his artistry. The title is the colloquial slang for the term right through, and it’s about keeping it real and honest in a relationship to avoid any miscommunication. Produced by Young Martino (Bad Bunny, Álvaro Díaz, Mora) and Young Hokage (Villano Antillano, Young Miko), “Raitrú” is part of Moffa’s new era in which he continues to cement his place in the industry.“‘Raitrú’ is the second phase of my new project that so many people have been asking for. It’s a track that picks up the essence of the type of music I grew up with, hip-hop and R&B, and is dedicated to the people who have stuck by me since the beginning. I loved making this song and working with my friends, Martino and Hokage, always reassures me that we have another hit in our hands,” shares Moffa. The “Raitrú” visualizer was directed by Jomar Luciano and Paola Bueno and was filmed in Lajas, Puerto Rico. The visuals act as a scenic background to the lyrics on the screen as Moffa performs with a lush green mountain range behind him. “This is a bit different from our usual videos. It’s a lot more simplified and is setting up the world we are building for this year’s project,” adds Moffa. Recently, he made his SXSW debut, receiving high praise from packed crowds at the FAMA showcase and the official SXSW Closing Party. Earlier this year, Moffa scored a spot on the Rolling Stone’s “19 Latin Artists We’re Rooting For in 2024” list and released an Acoustic Live Session including recent singles “Bentley (Remix),” “saluDARTE,” and “TOKO.” His collaborations and co-signs by artists such as Karol G, PJ Sin Suela, King Savagge and Lyanno are indicative that Moffa is poised to become a global artist.
